Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless item is received damaged, and in turn will be given a store credit. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can, to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In rare cases items may arrive damaged or defective, we will accommodate store-credit due to damage/defect.
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
PLEASE NOTE : We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect address you will need to pay shipping fee again.
DO WE ACCEPT CASH: Cash is only accepted at pop-up shops! If you’ve placed a pick up order it is to be placed through our website at www.cmaribeauty.com — you will then select ‘pick up’ as your shipping option and will be prompted to put in your card information from there.
DO YOU ACCEPT VENMO/CASHAPP/ APPLEPAY: No! We do accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and all other major credit and debit cards.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Yes! We offer international shipping :)
